How to request deletion of your personal data

RHEM Works Inc. respects your privacy. If you used your Facebook or other social login, or your data was collected via our website tools, you have the right to request its deletion. We will process your request within 30 days.

🗑ī¸ How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Send an email to info@rhemworks.ca with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include your details: Provide your full name and email address associated with any form submissions or inquiries you made on our site, so we can locate your data.
  3. We will confirm: Within 5 business days, we will acknowledge your request and inform you of the data we hold.
  4. Deletion completed: Within 30 days of your request, all identifiable personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems, including any Google Sheets records and Cloudflare KV storage.

🔗 Third-Party Data

If you consented to cookies, Meta Pixel may have collected browsing data. To delete data held by Meta (Facebook):

  1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Your Facebook Information
  2. Select "Off-Facebook Activity"
  3. Find RHEM Works in the list and select "Clear History"

Cloudflare Analytics data is aggregated and does not contain personally identifiable information. Cookie consent preferences are stored locally in your browser and can be cleared by deleting your browser cookies.
