When is GHG reporting mandatory in Ontario?

Facilities emitting 10,000+ tCO2e/year must report to ECCC under CEPA. In Ontario, facilities emitting 25,000+ tCO2e must also report under O.Reg. 390/18. Facilities over 50,000 tCO2e are subject to Ontario's Emissions Performance Standards (EPS). We verify which thresholds apply to your operation.
