Scope 1+2 greenhouse gas inventory, carbon accounting, regulatory compliance (ECCC GHGRP, O.Reg. 390/18), and reduction roadmaps: supporting net-zero goals for industrial and energy projects.

When is GHG reporting mandatory in Ontario?

Facilities emitting 10,000+ tCO2e/year must report to ECCC under CEPA. In Ontario, facilities emitting 25,000+ tCO2e must also report under O.Reg. 390/18. Facilities over 50,000 tCO2e are subject to Ontario's Emissions Performance Standards (EPS). We verify which thresholds apply to your operation.

Key Deliverables

How does GHG reporting connect to our engineering projects?

Energy projects (solar, BESS, efficiency upgrades) generate quantifiable GHG reductions. We calculate these reductions using the same GHG Protocol methodology, which strengthens funding applications and demonstrates ROI to stakeholders.
