What is the difference between an ASHRAE Level 1, 2, and 3 audit?

Level 1 (Walk-through): cursory review identifying potential ECMs, no detailed analysis. Level 2 (Energy survey and analysis): detailed analysis of each ECM with engineering calculations, sufficient for most incentive applications. Level 3 (Detailed/investment-grade): detailed simulation model, investment-grade accuracy, required for large capital projects, financing, and some NRCan programs. Most of our clients need Level 2 or Level 3.

Can you help access the Canada Greener Homes Grant for commercial properties?

The Greener Homes Grant is residential-only. For commercial properties, NRCan's Industrial Energy Management program and the IESO's Save on Energy program are the primary incentive mechanisms. We prepare the documentation required for these applications as part of our energy audit scope.
