Do you have a Transport Canada drone license?

Yes. All flights are conducted under Transport Canada CARS Part IX regulations with a valid Advanced RPAS pilot certificate. We carry liability insurance and follow all airspace restrictions. Flight logs and authorization documentation are included with every deliverable.

How accurate are drone measurements?

With RTK-enabled drones and ground control points, we achieve 2-3 cm horizontal accuracy and 3-5 cm vertical accuracy. This is more than sufficient for solar design (which needs roof pitch to ±1° and dimensions to ±10 cm). The accuracy exceeds what can be achieved with manual tape measurements on most roofs.
